Terms of use and sale

These terms apply when you use canadaonestep.com or buy a guide from CanadaOneStep ("we", "us"). Please read them before you buy.

1. What we are, and are not

CanadaOneStep is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of the Government of Canada or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Applications are decided only by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). We cannot speed up, see or influence any application, and nobody can guarantee a visa.

2. Information, not legal advice

Our guides, eligibility checks, fee tables and processing times are general information to help you prepare your own application. They do not assess your personal circumstances and are not legal advice. Official requirements change; always check the IRCC page linked for each requirement before you submit. Processing times are IRCC's published estimates and change every week.

3. Buying a guide

Prices are shown on each guide page. Rupee prices include GST. Dollar prices are in Canadian dollars; any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
Payment is taken by Razorpay (rupees) or Stripe (dollars). We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
A guide is for your own personal use, and for the people on your own application. You may print it. You may not resell, share publicly or republish it, in whole or in part.
Each purchase includes free updated editions for 12 months, sent to the email you paid with.
Delivery and refunds are covered by our refund and delivery policy.

4. Other services

Any service beyond the guides is provided only under its own written agreement, signed before any work starts. These terms do not create such an agreement.

5. Using the website

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, or copy its content in bulk.

6. Liability

We take care to keep our information accurate and current, but we are not responsible for a decision made by IRCC or any other authority, or for loss caused by relying on information without checking the official source. Our total liability for a guide is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

7. Changes and contact
